A trade was not copied
Work through this list. Execution Errors usually tells you the reason straight away.
Start with Execution Errors. If the trade is listed there, the reason is beside it. See Execution Errors.
If it is not listed, check these in order.
- Are both accounts Online? On Accounts, the master and the slave should both show Online. See My account shows offline.
- Is the Active switch on for both accounts?
- Do they share a routing group? A slave only copies masters in its group. See Routing groups.
- Is your plan active? If your trial or plan has ended, new trades are not copied. Check the plan card on Accounts.
- Was the trade opened before you connected the master? Trades that were already open are not copied.
- Is the symbol filtered out? Check the slave's include and exclude lists, and the master's symbol filters. See Symbol mapping.
- Is a magic number filter set on the master? With
0, only trades placed by hand are sent. See Master account settings. - Has the drawdown guard stopped the account? See Drawdown guard.
- Did you close this copy by hand earlier? With Block Re-Copying on, it is not opened again.
- Is the slave's market open and is there enough margin?
Still stuck?
