Connecting TradeLocker, Match-Trader and DXtrade
Sign in with the same details you use on the platform's website.
These three platforms connect with the details you already use to sign in.
TradeLocker
- Email and password for TradeLocker.
- Server: the name your broker or prop firm gave you.
- Choose demo or live to match the account.
Match-Trader
- Login (your email) and password.
- Broker server: your broker's Match-Trader address.
DXtrade
- DXtrade web address: the address you open DXtrade at in your browser. Pick it from the list or type your own.
- Username and password.
- Domain: leave as
defaultunless your broker gave you one. - Account (optional): leave empty to use your first trading account.
Your broker or prop firm must allow automated access on its DXtrade server. If the connection is refused, ask them whether it is enabled for your account.
After you connect
Choose master or slave, set the routing group and save. The account shows Online once it is connected.
If it will not connect
- Check that you can sign in on the platform's own website with the same details.
- Check demo versus live.
- For prop firms, check the account has not been closed or paused by the firm.
