Economic Calendar
This week's economic news by day, with impact, forecast and previous, and which events pause your accounts.
The Economic Calendar tab lists the trading week's economic news, Monday to Friday, in your device's time zone.
Reading the list
Each row shows the time, the currency, the impact and the event, with its actual, forecast and previous values.
- Red marks High impact, orange Medium, yellow Low and grey a bank holiday.
- The next event is highlighted, with a Now line above it.
- A shield next to an event means your news filter pauses new trades around it on at least one of your accounts.
Click View on any event to see what it measures, its forecast and previous values, and which of your accounts it pauses.
Filters
Use the three dropdowns at the top, Impact, Event types and Currencies, to tick what you want to see; "All" and "None" select everything or nothing. The event types are the same as ForexFactory's: Growth, Inflation, Employment, Central Bank, Bonds, Housing, Consumer Surveys, Business Surveys, Speeches and Misc. Your choice is saved and follows you to other devices.
These filters only change what the calendar shows. To pause trading around news, use the News filter tab in an account's settings.
Weeks
Use the arrows to see earlier weeks. Next week appears once its events are published, usually at the weekend.
Good to know
- The calendar updates every 30 minutes. The time of the last update is shown under the list.
- The data feed doesn't include results yet, so Actual usually shows "–". Check your broker's news or a news site for the result of a release.
