Invoices and payments
Where to find your invoices, how to pay them, and what your next bill will be.
Everything about money is on the Billing page.
Next bill
The card at the top shows the amount and date of your next plan bill. Add-on accounts and a dedicated IP renew on their own dates and are listed underneath.
Invoices
Each invoice shows its number, date, what it is for, the period it covers, the amount and its status:
- Paid
- Payment due
- Void (cancelled, nothing owed)
Click an invoice to open it. From there you can print it or save it as a PDF.
Paying
- Click Pay with crypto on an invoice that is due and follow the steps. Your plan, add-on accounts or IP are switched on as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- For other ways to pay, contact support and we will help you.
Reminders
- Plans: an email 7 days before the end.
- Add-on accounts and dedicated IP: a renewal invoice 3 days before the end.
Refunds
