Accounts page cards explained

The plan card, the four counters and the columns of the accounts table.

Subscription Tier

Your plan and its status.

  • Plan name and Active (or Expired).
  • Expires: the date your current period ends, with the days remaining.
  • Account Quota: how many accounts the plan allows. Bundle plans show masters and slaves separately. The Custom Plan shows one number for any mix.

The two buttons:

  • Add accounts adds extra accounts for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months without changing plan.
  • Switch / Change Subscription opens the plans.

Prop Firm Shield & Network Fingerprint

Whether your accounts trade through the shared Server IP or your own Dedicated IP. Compliance Center opens the IP & Compliance page, where you can get a dedicated IP.

Total Accounts

How many accounts you have connected, and how many your plan allows, shown as used / allowed.

Example: 5 / 60 means 5 accounts connected on a plan that allows 60.

If the first number is higher than the second, you have more accounts than your plan allows, for example after a plan change or when add-on accounts ended. Some will be paused.

Master Signal Accounts

How many of your accounts are masters, against the masters your plan allows.

Slave Copier Accounts

How many of your accounts are slaves, against the slaves your plan allows.

Routing Groups

How many different routing groups your accounts use.
