Signing in and keeping your account safe
Email codes, Google sign-in, password resets, and the record of what happened on your account.
Signing in
Sign in with your email and password, or with Continue with Google.
The 6-digit code
After your password we email you a 6-digit code to confirm it is you.
- The code works for 10 minutes.
- If it has not arrived, check spam or promotions, then use Send a new one.
- We never ask for this code by phone or chat.
Forgotten password
On the sign-in page click Forgot password? and enter your email. The reset link works for 60 minutes.
Activating a new account
After signing up we email an activation link. It works for 48 hours. If it has expired, ask for a new one from the sign-in page.
Audit Log
The Audit Log page records sign-ins, account changes, plan changes and payments, with the time and the IP address. Check it if something looks unfamiliar.
Keeping safe
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
- Never share your password, your 6-digit code or a connection key.
- We never ask for your trading password by email, phone or chat.
- If you think someone else has your password, change it straight away and contact support.
