Refund and Cancellation Policy
You can try LucianAlgo free for 7 days before paying anything, and cancel a paid plan at any time. This page explains what happens to your money when you do.
1. The free trial
The 7-day trial is free and needs no card. When it ends, copying stops until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
2. Cancelling a plan
- Cancel any time by emailing lucianalgorithm@gmail.com or by moving to a smaller plan in the dashboard.
- Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed for the next one.
- Moving to a smaller plan works the same way: it starts when your current period ends.
3. When we refund
- Your first payment. If you ask within 7 days of paying for your first plan, we refund it in full.
- Our outages. If copying is down for more than 24 hours in a row because of a fault on our side, we credit the days lost to your next invoice, or refund them if you're leaving.
- Billing mistakes. If we charge you twice or for the wrong plan, we refund the difference.
Otherwise, payments for a period that has started aren't refunded, including for the unused part of a quarterly or yearly plan.
4. What isn't covered
Refunds don't depend on trading results. We don't refund because of trading losses, missed or rejected copies caused by your broker or platform, slippage, or a prop firm's decision about your account. See sections 5 and 6 of our Terms of Service.
5. The dedicated IP add-on
A dedicated IP is bought for you from our proxy provider when you add it, so once it's assigned it isn't refunded for the period you've paid. You can remove it at any time, and it won't be billed again from your next period.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid, within 14 days of us agreeing to them. To ask for one, email lucianalgorithm@gmail.com with your invoice number.
