Questions
Do you need my cTrader password?
No. You sign in on cTrader's own page and allow access. We never see the password.
Can I copy cTrader to MT5?
Yes. Masters and slaves don't need to be on the same platform or broker. Symbol names are matched for you.
An account is missing from the list. Why?
Only accounts under the cTrader ID you signed in with are listed. If you have more than one cTrader ID, connect each one.
Is cTrader in the free trial?
Yes. The 7-day trial includes every platform: cTrader, MT5, MT4, TradeLocker, Match-Trader, DXtrade and the futures platforms, with 1 master and 2 slaves.
